Being Present is just about exchanging those trinkets of ideas and information that catch my attention. I find that by sharing these ideas and engaging in conversations about them, I learn a tremendous amount of information.
The photo is of my son, Sammy and me out at the beach in Southampton, NY. I love how massive the surf and sky look in comparison to the two of us. It is a humbling picture.
